How a requisition moves

Five stages. Full visibility at every one.

No black box. Whether you're an employer tracking a requisition or a candidate tracking your own application, this is exactly how it moves from open to filled.

The pipeline

What happens at each stage, and who's involved.

01

Sourced

We pull from active networks and passive talent inside your specialty — not a job-board queue. Candidates can also register directly and be considered here.

02

Screened

Resume, licensure, and background checks are run before a candidate ever reaches your desk. Identity and employment history are confirmed at this stage.

03

Vetted

Role-specific assessment — clinical, technical, or scenario-based, matched to the position. This is where specialty expertise matters most.

04

Client Interview

You meet a short, curated list — typically 3 to 5 candidates, not thirty resumes. We prep both sides so the conversation is useful.

05

Placed & Supported

We stay engaged through onboarding, with a replacement window if the fit isn't right for either party.

What makes it different

The pipeline is the same. What happens inside each stage isn't.

01

Specialty-matched screening

A nursing requisition and an IT requisition move through the same five stages, but the checks inside "Vetted" are entirely different — license verification versus a technical assessment.

02

Named recruiter, start to finish

The recruiter who scopes your role at stage one is the same person who hands off the placement at stage five — no ticket queue in between.

03

Status you can actually see

Employers get visibility into where each requisition sits; candidates get visibility into where their application sits. No guessing on either side.

Typical timeline

From open requisition to first shortlist

Timeline varies by specialty and seniority, but most searches follow a similar rhythm from intake to interview.

Intake call: Day 0–1 Sourcing: Day 1–3 Screening & vetting: Day 2–4 First shortlist: ~Day 5

Illustrative timeline — adjust to your agency's real turnaround.
