Built by recruiters who worked the industries first.
Home One 1 started with a simple complaint from hiring managers: recruiters kept sending resumes, not candidates. We built our process around vetting instead of volume.
A desk for each specialty, not one desk for everything.
Most agencies assign one generalist recruiter to fill roles across every department. Home One 1 works the opposite way: each specialty — nursing, IT, claims, data — is staffed by recruiters who have hired for that exact function before, and who understand the credentials, tools, and red flags specific to it.
That structure is slower to build than a generic staffing desk. It's also the reason employers come back to us for the roles they can't afford to get wrong — clinical, technical, and compliance-sensitive positions where a resume alone doesn't tell you enough.
What Home One 1 is, in plain terms
A specialist recruitment agency working across ten practice areas, serving employers who need vetted candidates fast and candidates who want to be matched to roles worth taking.

Founded on two desks: Healthcare and IT
Home One 1 opened with recruiters focused on nursing/healthcare and information technology — the two verticals with the least tolerance for a bad hire.
Added Pharmacy, Claims, and Data Analysis
Compliance-heavy and analytical roles joined the roster as employer demand grew for licensure- and skills-verified candidates.
Built the candidate-vetting pipeline
Standardized the five-stage process — Sourced, Screened, Vetted, Client Interview, Placed — across every specialty desk.
Ten specialties, one screening standard
Customer Service, Nursing, Customer Support, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Claims, IT, Data Analysis, Project Management & Technology, and Virtual Assistant.
